1. General
- Work under the supervision of the Captain
- Assist the Captain, collect the food from the kitchen and serve the customer
- Be punctual, efficient and above all courteous. Assume at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and never speak in a loud voice to other employees. Constantly strive to give excellent friendly service.
- Relay any customer complaints regardless how small to the restaurant-in-charge or Captain.
- Well-groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform. Never frequent the restaurant area either on or off duty unless in proper uniform.
- Area of work schedule. Be punctual and give adequate notice whenever serious circumstances prevent him/her from adhering to the schedule.
- Never use equipment or any purpose for which it is not intended either by house rule or by custom
- Responsible to the Captain. Must assist the Captain during on duties. Must ensure before services starts that all tables are correctly laid up, mis-en-place is ready. When the Captain takes the order, he/she will proceed to the kitchen with the check. Then pick up the food when it is ready and proceed directly to the guest table. The food is to be served hot. If there are any complaints no matter how small he/she must report the matter to the captain. Tables are to be cleaned and reset at once.
- Make certain that his/her station is clean before going off duty. Breakage that occurred during the day must be reported to the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager at the end of each day.
- He/she must be completely familiar with all instructions contained in the hotel manual. He/she follows these instructions and detailed instruction given to him/her by the Captain at all times when working.
- He/she will be assigned certain side work that must be completed prior to the opening or after the closing of the restaurant each day. It is his/her responsibility to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Captain.
- Even though he/she is assigned to a specific station with which he must be completely familiar, he/she may be called from during the course of service to help on another station.
- In the absence of the Captain, he/she should be able to take the order. He/she must know how the items on the menu are prepared.
- He/she is aware of all house rules and not only obeys them but assists in enforcing them.

工作要求
- F.5 or above.
- 3-5 years experience in hotel restaurant operations .
- Able to communicate in English / Chinese.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.
