Technician (Painter/Carpentry)

Job Overview

Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing direction of Engineering and hotel management. Continually work towards and support both guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform all painting and finishing work throughout the hotel.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail in all painting tasks.
• Execute touch-ups and maintenance painting as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in painting, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and applications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Shift duties are required.
