Responsibilities

  1. 管理及分配點心部工作
  2. 控制食物成本
  3. 定期更換點心及甜品款式
  4. 申領所需食品用料及其他有關用品
  5. 分配員工準備及製作所有點心、點心材料、點心外皮及甜品
  6. 指導員工清潔點心部工作部範圍
  7. 負責編排工作日程予有關員工
  8. 工業安全及機械使用
  9. 根據提供的烹調食譜作事
  10. 任何經由上司委派的相關項目及職責

Requirements

  1. 具最少10-15年有關工作經驗
  2. 曾在4-5星酒店工作
  3. 獲衛生經理證書資格
  4. 懂HACCP 食物安全衛生管理及具備相關經驗
  5. 創新、與時並進、能察覺市場餐飲趨勢
  6. 具抗壓力、並能有效地解決問題
  7. 具領導才能及發揮團隊精神
  8. 注重個人、環境及食物衛生
