Job Overview

負責清潔及儲存餐廳的炊具,餐具,瓷器和銀器以及保持餐廳和廚房的清潔。

Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen as well as the cooking utensils, cutleries, chinaware and silverware of the F&B operations in accordance with the instruction from Supervisor.
Clean the equipment in F&B outlets and team members’ canteen kitchen in accordance with the instruction from Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean, sanitary and tidy manner by following the supervisor’s cleaning schedules and instructions.
  2. Supply the F&B operations with sufficient operating equipment.
  3. Wash cooking utensils such as pots, pans, trays, and miscellaneous items by hand and using cleaning detergents.
  4. Wash the kitchen cooking equipment such as oven, stoves, grills, refrigerators, ice making machine.
  5. Keep the silverwares shining and clean by soaking and polishing.
  6. Master basic cleaning chemicals knowledge. 
  7. Disposal of rubbish to garbage room and handle food waste properly.
  8. Assist the team in stock-taking as requested.
  9. Operate dish machine, dish ware handling and floor maintenance.
  10. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
  11. Required to maintain the kitchens and surrounding areas in a clean, sanitary and tidy manner by following the supervisor’s cleaning schedules and instructions

  14. Wash all F&B Operating Equipment such as dishware, glasses, cutlery, melamine wares and dining equipment by using the dishwasher or glass washer
  15. Wash the kitchen cooking equipment such as oven, stoves, grills, refrigerators, ice making machine
  16. Keep the silverwares and gold ware shining and clean by soaking and polishing
  17. Master basic cleaning chemicals knowledge 
  18. Disposal of all outlets rubbish and food waste to garbage room
  19. Assist to the team with stock-take as requested
  20. Operate dish machine, dish ware handling, floor maintenance, cleanliness and sanitation knowledge
  21. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  1. Primary education, vocational training school preferably.
  2. Cleaning experience preferably.
  3. Basic knowledge of handling cleaning equipment and machines. 
  4. Able to understand simple English, Cantonese and Putonghua. 
  5. Physically fit, neat, tidy, and pleasant disposition, service oriented.
  6. Good working and learning attitude.
  7. Able to work under pressure.
