Risk and Safety Officer

Job Overview

Patrol the hotel premises and perimeters to maintain order, enforce rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective risk management, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Protect the company's assets from theft, assault, fire and other risks.
• Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and hotel guests.
• Provide excellent guest services and brand experiences.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Holder of a valid first aid certificate and fire fighting certificate is an advantage.
• 2 years relevant experience with 1 year experience in the hotel industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Risk and Safety Officer.
• Able to communicate in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• 9 hours per shift and 24-hours shift duty is required
