Job Overview
The incumbent is responsible for providing pool support for F&B team in Nina Patisserie on administration tasks in a professional and courteous manner. He/she assists the department/section in-charge in developing, maintaining or improving communication for incoming and outgoing information related to Nina Hospitality’s F&B operations in Nina Patisserie.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central bridge for OEM logistics and pastry operations.
- Coordinate with the Pastry team and OEM vendors to address operational requirements (ie: ordering and delivering goods).
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Marcom team to develop creative promotion ideas.
- Work with Marcom team to update Nina Patisserie e-shop product selections on monthly basis.
- Plan and execute festive product initiatives, including product innovation, packaging, logistics, and sales timelines.
- Managing daily Nina Patisserie operations, including production, inventory control, and staffing.
- Support the Pastry Chef in developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks with vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records to support effective inventory control.
- Arrange delivery trucks to all store locations to ensure timely distribution of products.
- Deliver professional internal and external customer service, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and smooth communication between departments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the menu design and presentation methods.
- Handling administration work including filing, maintain appointment calendars, assisting with duty roster planning, and coordinating meetings.
- Compile and prepare monthly reports, project deliverables, and food & beverage records.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).
Responsibilities (Con't)
Requirements
- Diploma or above in hospitality or related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination roles in hotels, clubs or Food and Beverage groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-versed in system application and MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
