Job Overview

Responsible for the production of Chinese BBQ food and handle the cooking, storage and ensure the freshness of food independently. 

Responsibilities

Control of food cost and maintain good food quality, freshness of food, food labelling and cleanliness of refrigerator/freezer.

Prepare ingredients for the Chinese restaurant and banquet department. Ensure consistency in food production.

Assist the Executive Chef in creating new Chinese BBQ dishes.

Assist the supervisor to inspect all leftover food and report to the Head Chef.

Cooperate with the Executive Chef in various tasks.

Requirements

Primary to Form 3 in Secondary School graduate.

5-10 years of relevant work experience.

Good command of Cantonese, general in Putonhua.

Computer literacy, understands, reading and writing in English is preferred.

Possession of Food Hygiene Manager Certificate and knowledge of Food Hygiene and Food Safety Management System (HACCP) is preferred.
