Responsibilities
- Perform day to day operations of the HR functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Medical Insurance administration and other C&B-related matters in a quality and timely manner; Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure data accuracy
- Update and maintain Human Resources data-base and personnel records.
- Handle payroll calculation for different kind of leave application.
- Monitor and follow up the Long Sick Leave & Work Injury Cases.
- Prepare and calculate the Final Payment documents.
- Assist in organizing staff activities, community service activities and other HR events.
- Manage performance system and cycle of recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession for job positions at supervisory level or below.
- Assist with line staff counselling and career management.
- Work with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
- Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Training or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years solid training design and delivery experience, preferably from retail or service industry.
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
- Mature, tactful and independent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS.
