Job Overview

• Responsible of running efficiency operation of hotel area. Ensure the hotel area are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard.
• Supervise and control the work performance of Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Check rooms and ensure the standard of all rooms is equal to hotel’s requirements.
• Supervise room attendants on respective floors and ensure they are following proper procedures and execution.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follows up on all equipment repair requests with the Engineering department.
• Ensure all new employees are given the appropriate job training and oversee their progress, documenting same per company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable hotel, with at least 1 year in similar capacity. Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Good people management skills.
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skill.
• Good in spoken and written in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
