Job Overview

Responsibilities

  1. The Guest Engagement Supervisor is responsible and accountable for all operations related to ‘Communal Lounge Services’
  2. Responsible to attend, resolve and react upon any alarms of VIPs / Guest’s needs may occur whilst on duty.
  3. Daily briefing to the Communal lounge Team or proper handover of any importance to be follow up.
  4. To participant with Front Desk team leaders to discuss problem and improvements.
  5. Meet up with lounge guests arriving or departing and escort, welcome procedure / bid farewell.
  6. To ensure that the Communal Lounge related area is clean and tidy, supplied with good quality and sufficient according to the hotel’s standard.
  7. To ensure a standard of service, with an emphasis on guest engagement, and to ensure staff are adequately trained to supply such service.
  8. To co-operates; co-ordinates and communicates with other departments as required.
  9. Personally handle guest enquiries and follow through accordingly.
  10. Establish good public relations with all the Communal Lounge guests.
  11. Assist guests with proper usage of any equipment.

Responsibilities (Con't)

Requirements

  1. F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  2. With 2 to 3 years of similar working experience in a deluxe hotel.
  3. Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
