Job Overview
Perform guest check-in and check-out duties as according to Standard Operation Procedure of hotel and handle guest enquiries in an attentive and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement Officer is responsible and accountable for all operations related to ‘Communal Lounge Services’.
- Meet up with lounge guests arriving or departing and escort, welcome procedure / bid farewell.
- To ensure that the Communal Lounge related area is clean and tidy, supplied with good quality and sufficient according to the hotel’s standard.
- To ensure a standard of service, with an emphasis on guest engagement, and to ensure staff are adequately trained to supply such service.
- To co-operates; co-ordinates and communicates with other departments as required.
- Personally handle guest enquiries and follow through accordingly.
- Establish good public relations with all the Communal Lounge guests.
- Assist guests with proper usage of any equipment.

Requirements
- F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- With 1 to 2 years of similar working experience in the hotel industry.
- Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Able to work overnight would be an advantage.
