Responsibilities

  1. Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including payroll and providing support to all departments across the organization.
  2. Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic human resources and budget plans and manage department controllable expenses to align with budgetary goals.
  3. Handles employee issues and grievance and report to the management on a timely manner.
  4. Ensures Hotel Policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed accordingly.
  5. Compiles accurate data for the preparation of month-end reports.
  6. Trains and develops team members to the highest possible extent. 
  7. Assist in roll out HR initiatives to meet business needs.

Requirements

  1. A degree or diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same capacity within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  3. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.
  4. Exceptional coordination and organizational skills.
  5. A proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  6. A people-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in verbal and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
