Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Participate in the preparation of the Food & Beverage Department budget and goals.
- Achieve sales target through increasing and developing sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and operation team to meet guest requirements.
- Responsible for guest database and relationship management.
- Stock taking and replenishment of chinaware, glassware and silverware whenever necessary.
- Conduct functions as hiring specific levels of employees, employee orientation, performance evaluation, coaching and disciplinary measures if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
- Conducts on-the-job training sessions for food and beverage outlet employees.
- Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
Responsibilities (Con't)
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
- 6 years or above related experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Good in both spoken/written English and Chinese
