工作職責

  1. 以禮貌的方式處理預訂和查詢。
  2. 確認預訂並保持記錄清晰和有條理。
  3. 以專業的方式迎接客人,並引領他們到指定的座位。
  4. 處理餐廳的所有預訂。
  5. 執行行政工作。
  6. 執行上級分配的其他相關職責。

工作要求

  1. 中五或以上。
  2. 1 - 2 年餐飲經驗。
  3. 經驗較多者將被考慮擔任資深餐廳款接員
  4. 歡迎應屆畢業生。
  5. 具備良好的溝通能力和顧客服務能力。
  6. 精通英語、粵語和普通話。
  7. 熟悉 MS Office(Word 和 Excel)。
