The incumbent is responsible for providing pool support for F&B team in Nina Patisserie on administration tasks in a professional and courteous manner. He/she assists the department/section in-charge in developing, maintaining or improving communication for incoming and outgoing information related to Nina Hospitality’s F&B operations in Nina Patisserie.

工作職責

  1. Serve as the central bridge for OEM logistics and pastry operations.
  2. Coordinate with the Pastry team and OEM vendors to address operational requirements.
  3. Conduct regular inventory checks with vendors.
  4. Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders when necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate records to support effective inventory control.
  6. Arrange delivery trucks to all store locations to ensure timely distribution of products.
  7. Deliver professional internal and external customer service, and smooth communication between departments and external partners.
  8. Support with administration work including filing, maintain appointment calendars, assisting with duty roster planning, and coordinating meetings.
  9. Compile and prepare monthly reports, project deliverables, and food & beverage records.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date records
  11. Support the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day operation by performing administration and operational tasks
  12. Work closely with all F&B functional teams and provide support
  13. Scheduling, attending and contributing to weekly Food & Beverage and other departmental meetings
  14. Inform the Food & Beverage Department daily of all relevant information on operation matters
  15. Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast
  16. Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all food and beverage records, financial reports
  17. Liaise with HR to scheduling and assign F&B staff HR related activities
  18. Liaise with Training Department to scheduling and assign F&B staff training related courses and provide support
  19. Assist Kitchen team to input BIPO and SCM system
  20. Assist F&B Management on weekly casual arrangement
  21. Assist Event Sales to prepare place cards, food cards, signage and table name card
  22. Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).

工作要求

  1. Diploma or above in hospitality or related discipline.
  2. 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination roles in hotels, clubs or Food and Beverage groups.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Well-versed in system application and MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  5. Good command of Chinese and English.
  6. Strong planning ang organizing skills.
  7. Service-oriented and a good team player.
  8. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  9. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  10. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and timely manners.
  11. Energetic, passionate and willing to walk extra miles.
