Duty Engineer

工作簡介

此職位負責確保酒店的物理設施、工程設施以及內部和外部的適當維護。此職位還負責部門的日常運營，安排下屬執行酒店設施、機械設備和安裝等的日常維護和大修。 

工作職責

1. 管理和帶領團隊為日常維修和保養工作提供支援。
2. 監督設施並維護工程設備的正常工作狀態。
3. 為所有設施和工程設備提供應急支援。
4. 及時有效地處理客人的要求和投訴。
5. 根據緊急程序概述執行緊急職責。
6. 與其他部門/工程顧問/承包商保持良好的溝通和聯繫，以促進各方面的工程工作。

工作要求

1. 高級文憑/文憑/屋宇裝備/機械/電工證書。
2. 至少 5 年的工程工作經驗，至少 2 年的主管級別經驗。
3. 註冊電業工程人員（A級或以上）持有人。
4. 良好的中英文讀寫能力。
5. 需要輪班工作。
