負責中餐點心部出品

工作職責

1. 準備及製作所有點心、點心材料、點心外皮及甜品
2. 善用食材，減少浪費
3. 確保食物儲存溫度及地方適當，減低食物變壞風險
4. 指導員工清潔點心部工作部範圍
5. 工業安全及機械使用
6. 個人及廚房衛生
7. 穿著清潔整齊制服，並保持良好工作氣氛
8. 根據提供的烹調食譜作事
9. 準時上班及帶上名牌
10. 與其他同事及其他部門應互相合作，保持良好工作關係
11. 清楚了解酒店手冊內容及常時堅守內裡的手則
12. 必須服從上級指示並執行其他相關工作
13. 所有員工均需負責清潔廚房
14. 任何經由上司委派的相關項目及職責

1. 具相關工作經驗
2. 曾任知名餐飲集團及酒店優先考慮
3. 獲衛生經理證書資格
4. 懂HACCP 食物安全衛生管理及具備相關經驗
