Job Overview

Direct all frontline operational activities of all food & beverage services ensuring that quality products and services are delivered and served to guests. Assist in overseeing the operation of Canton Pot to achieve service goals and customer satisfaction. 


  1. Explore new business opportunities and sustain current guests of Canton Pot.
  2. Guest Engagement – building/tidying up guest database, enhance guest relationship, initiate promotional campaigns targeting corporate, guests in the vicinity, promote loyalty program.
  3. Monitor guest satisfaction/feedback in relation to product; keep management promptly informed on all feedback and follow through appropriate actions accordingly.
  4. Assist in monitoring the department’s actual performances as compared to planned performance and take corrective action as required.
  5. Assist in handling F&B related correspondence, event quotations, special functions coordination.
  6. Ensure all food and beverage areas are kept clean and uncluttered in accordance with company standards and local laws.
  7. Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions.
  8. Coordinate controls and security procedures for receiving, storing, requisitioning, issuing and inventory of food, beverage, china, glass, silver and other supplies.


  1. Hotel management graduate or above.
  2. Minimum 6-7 years hotel F&B operations.
  3. Formal training in F&B operation and administration.
  4. Good communication and presentation skills.
  5. Energetic, Chic and stylish, preferably with experience in serving high-end market.
  6. Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.
  8. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
  9. Well organized and out-going.
  10. Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manage.
