Job Overview

Provides prompt and accurate call centre services to both internal and external call and handle the daily service call centre activities as according with Hotel SOP.

Responsibilities

  1. Answer guest calls courteously and efficiently.
  2. Dispatch staff to meet guest requests and resolve issues.
  3. Log guest requests in our system, including details like name, room number, and action taken.
  4. Handle emergencies according to hotel procedures.
  5. Provide message-taking services and manage calls as needed.
  6. Handle wake-up calls.
  7. Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).

Requirements

  1. Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related field.
  2. At least 1-year solid hotel operator experience or in similar capacity. 
  3. Proven record of luxury hotel chain experience is a plus.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and service oriented.
  5. Able to work independently and on shift duty is required.
  6. Flexibility to work overnight shifts is an advantage.
  7. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
