Job Overview
The incumbent will be focusing on the talent development directives formulation at Nina Hospitality corporate level and the development of internal learning academy to ensure the learning and development of employees is supported and long term succession planning is achieved.
The incumbent will support Director of Human Resources - Nina Hospitality in driving the Nina Hospitality People Strategy with the ultimate goal of making Nina Hospitality to be the “Employer of Choice” by nurturing an employee-oriented high performance culture that aligning the core values of Nina Hospitality. The incumbent is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company’s business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a strategy to meet Nina Hospitality’s Organisation Capability and Learning and Development objectives; creates the optimal alignment between learning investments and the strategic priorities of the Company.
- Perform training needs analysis (TNA) and formulate annual training plan to meet the short/medium/long-term people development needs of NH.
- Prepare annual training budget in order to ensure a sufficient funding is available for the planned learning and development initiatives with the best ROI.
- Develop, implement and deliver learning and development programs for all levels of employees, in accordance with training needs analysis and Learning Curriculum, with topics including but not limited to customer service, languages, supervisory skills, orientation, governance and operational training.
- Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and prepare periodical training evaluation to make sure that all employees are trained and developed to operate to their optimum level which ultimately contributes to the continuous success of NH;
- Prepare and update Learning and Development Policies and Procedures (P&P) accordingly
- Manage and develop departmental facilitators
- Ensure that departmental facilitators are capable to deliver quality operational training as planned.
- Manage trainee recruitment, screening, and selection (including campus recruitment talk).
- Manage the development, implementation and adaptation of the online Learning Management System (LMS) company-wide (plus mobile-learning capability) with an objective to deliver timely, cost-effective and consistent learning experience to all employees for performance support.
- Design, develop and deploy company-wide online learning programs (in-house and out-sources) covering mandatory training, compliance training and just-in-time performance support training for front-line employees by leveraging in-house development effort and external vendors.
- Support DOHR on Learning and Development budget and resources planning that balance short-term and long-term needs and development.
- Implements and monitor on NH & properties learning related metrics.
- Actively build network with external markets in gaining insights and market intelligence that contributes to long-term Talent Development and HR strategies.
- Perform duties and special projects as assigned by superior(s) and CCG’s Management.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).

Requirements
- University graduate with higher degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of talent development and training experience preferably in Hospitality or Customer Service industry and 5 years of which should be at the management level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill with exposures to Talent Management, Change Management, Process Improvement and Quality Assurance.
- Good command of computer literacy including Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of computer of training management system is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Attentive and resourceful person with good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
- Strong time management, planning and organizing skills for performing multiple tasks in a fast pace working environment.
- Ambitious with strong drive to succeed and a vision to develop corporate culture for sustainable growth.
- Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented and a good team player.
