Job Overview
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager, and within the limits of established standards and procedures, the incumbent assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the food and beverage outlets to ensure that service and product standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in controlling and analyzing, on an ongoing basis, to ensure optimum performances
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
- Conduct functions as employee orientation, performance evaluation, coaching and disciplinary measures if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
- Develop formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for food and beverage outlet employees.
- Attend and contributes to bi-weekly food and beverage department meetings.
- Conduct pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager.
- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in all administration work.
- Participate in the preparation of the Food & Beverage Department budget and goals.
- Assume the responsibilities of Restaurant Manager in his absence.
- Achieve sales target through increasing and developing sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and operation team to meet guest requirements.
- Responsible for guest database and relationship management.
- Stock taking and replenishment when necessary.
- Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Service-oriented and good team player.
- Energetic, passionate, presentable and with good communication skill.
- Strong leadering & management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken/written English and Chinese.
