Job Overview

Plan and deliver hotel communications and PR programmes to achieve hotel business goals.  Keep the market and customers well-informed of the hotel products and news and continually maximise guest satisfaction and brand optimisation with special emphasis in hotel food and beverage promotions.

Responsibilities

  • To promote the hotel effectively via marketing collaterals, online and offline media, company events, websites and more, with strong focus on digital communications channels.
  • To liaise with internal and external stakeholders for promotional activities.
  • To manage social media content, to assist in content creation and execution of campaigns, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohungshu.
  • To handle copywriting in English and Chinese for different communication channels.
  • To build and maintain a good relationship with media, influencers, business partners and vendors. 
  • To manage social media advertising campaigns
  • To monitor marketing metrics across various channels in order to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).

Responsibilities (Con't)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience; Hotel or F&B marketing experiences are advantageous but not a must.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese and good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skill with different parties.
  • A change agent, attentive to the market trend.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create creative multi-media social media content
  • Well-versed in MS Applications & Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge in basic design software/applications would be advantageous.
