Job Overview

Responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding processes, and training administration. This role ensures smooth daily HR operations, accurate employee data management, and timely coordination of HR activities.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Provide full-spectrum HR operational support, including employee lifecycle administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare HR documentation, reports, and regular data analysis
  • Ensure all HR processes are compliant with company policies and local labour regulations

Recruitment & Selection

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports 

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Administer onboarding processes including documentation preparation, orientation coordination, and system setup
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Handle offboarding procedures, including exit documentation, leave clearance, and record updates
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout employee movement processes 

Training Administration

  • Coordinate staff training enrolment, scheduling, and logistics
  • Maintain and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Prepare training reports and track completion status and compliance
  • Support training-related administrative work with internal stakeholders and external vendors 

HR Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of HR experience in a sizable organization
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is required
  • Solid experience in HR operations, including recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with HR systems and good proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
