工作簡介

Assists the Assistant Human Resources Manager and responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions in the hotel including but not limited to training, recruitment, employee relations, recreation & management of team members’ facilities.

工作職責

  1. Responsible to design, deliver and monitor training to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff.
  2. Liaise with external training consultants on program organization and being a coordinator for the training activities.
  3. Responsibility to handle training admin and report as well as other ad hoc project assigned by the company
  4. Perform daily duties for Human Resources and Office Administration operations independently
  5. Source, screen & select right talent to match with company culture & corporate need
  6. Design & deliver induction program and training activities
  7. Handle C&B related programs from monthly payroll, salary, insurance administration and benefits review.
  8. Assist Assistant HR Manager in any ad hoc or assigned projects
  9. Handle new staff orientation and exit interview
  10. Assist in preparing project planning, report and proposal
  11. Ensure the compliance of company policies and employment law

工作要求

  1. Degree holder in Human Resources, Training or related discipline
  2. A minimum of 3 years solid training design and delivery experience, preferably from retail or service industry
  3. Well-versed in employment ordinance
  4. Mature, tactful and independent
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
