Job Overview
The incumbent is responsible for all administrative work for Group Operations Department, and to coordinate between business units to ensure a smooth operation. Assist operational leaders to implement quality assurance processes that meet the Group’s mission, core values and service principles in line with the management expectations. The incumbent champions the quality function by driving continuous improvement, consistency and service excellence and build support for change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather data for special projects, reports, and presentations as required with the objective of achieving better financial performance, guest satisfaction and operation excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports, meeting minutes, and statistical data to support informed decision-making processes, and maintain an organized document filing system.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to management on progress.
- Conduct preliminary work for guest comments data by generating reports to identify trends and insights. Work with operational leaders to enhance the delightful guest experience and drive service quality and consistency, according to departmental operations procedures.
- Assist in conducting audits to each operation department and ensure that every step of operation processes is being delivered properly and performing regular inspections to ensure that both services and products adhere to the Group’s standards.
Responsibilities (Con't)
- Update the Group Operations operational policies, as well as preventive measures related to quality management.
- Maintain and update departmental databases and records, ensuring information accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in setting quality-related goals to drive performance and be up-to-date with the Group’s directions and market trends.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance within the Group Operations office, including managing meeting logistics: organizing schedules, arranging venues, preparing materials, and handling logistical arrangements.
- Perform any other duties and projects assigned by superiors, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
Requirements
- Degree holder, in hospitality discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience preferably in hospitality industry.
- Experience in ISO certification, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001, is an advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Possess with the qualities of critical thinking, attention to details, ability to breakdown processes for analysis.
- Proficient language skills including English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office.
