Assist the Security Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Security Department, in charge of developing security measures and assuring the overall security of all members of the Hotel.

工作職責

  1. Assist the Security Manager in coordination of security operations as well as managing, training, and assessing the performance of the entire security personnel such as fire prevention and firefighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property. 
  2. Assist in writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff members, and provide protection to important persons whenever necessary.
  3. Monitor all unauthorized vandalism and removal of property, review and report accidents that happened within the vicinity, inspect all areas for safety and fire hazard; and file reports on safety precautions.
  4. Responsible for conducting internal investigations when necessary
  5. In charge of the Security Department upon the absence of Security Manager.
  6. Confer with representatives of management to formulate policies, determine need for programs and coordinate program with hotel activities.
  7. Confer with representatives of local government to ensure cooperation and coordination of hotel activities with law enforcement and Fire Department.
  8. Arrange appropriate workforce to assist GSM on daily operations to ensure it is running smoothly.
  9. Maintain a good relationship while handling complaints between departments.
  10. Set up patrol routes by electronic patrol devices and manpower arrangement.
  11. Ensure the tele-protection is maintained to report at a regular interval.
  12. Prepare department roster to HR.
  13. Ensure the information of visitors, workers, guests and casual workers are well registered at all time.
  14. Devise a contingency plan.
  15. Ensure a smooth hand-over of each shift including radio transceivers, keys, handheld torches are recorded on the Operation Book. 
  16. Ensure inquiries made by the Control Centre are ascertained without delay.  
  17. Ensure any telephone enquiries/complained are attended at all times in a good manner and particulars of the incident are jotted down on the Operation Book.  
  18. Execute daily routines and the orders/instructions given by the Hotel Management in a satisfactory manner.
  19. Take up the arrangement and any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior and/or the Hotel Management.

工作要求

  1. 5 years of security experience in hotel and/or commercial or residential property. 
  2. 3 years of security supervisor experience.
  3. Form 5 graduate or equivalent preferably with Bachelor Degree in Criminology.
  4. With Security License.
  5. Proficiency in written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
  6. Good computer skills.
  7. Good communication and presentation skills.
  8. Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.
  9. Mature, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
