工作簡介

The incumbent is responsible for all administrative work for Group Operations Department, and to coordinate between business units to ensure a smooth operation. 

工作職責

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support within the Group Operations office; 
  • Manage meeting schedules and organize meeting materials and related logistics; 
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and manage document filing system; 
  • Receive incoming mails, emails, phone calls and take messages; 
  • Perform office management, maintain office supplies and general order; 
  • Make travel arrangements for Group Director of Operations; 
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by superiors. 

資格和經驗

  • Possess the qualities of critical thinking and attention to details; 
  • Excellent working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods; 
  • Proficient language skills including English and Chinese; 
  • Proficient in MS Office; 
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Hotel / Hospitality Management is preferred; 
  • At least 5 years work experience in sizeable organization. In hotel industry is preferred; 
  • Data processing experience in guest feedback/ online reputation management system is preferred.
