管事清潔員 (五天工作)

工作簡介

負責清潔及儲存餐廳的炊具，餐具，瓷器和銀器以及保持餐廳和廚房的清潔。
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen as well as the cooking utensils, cutleries, chinaware and silverware of the F&B operations in accordance with the instruction from Operations Manager.
Clean the equipment in F&B outlets and team members’ canteen kitchen in accordance with the instruction from Restaurant & Bar Manager

工作職責

1. 清洗餐廳的炊具，餐具，瓷器和銀器
2. 清洗廚房爐灶及保持廚房範圍清潔衛生及地面整潔
3. 保持所有銀器光亮及瓷器潔白，定期進行浸泡去漬
4. 處理垃圾並運送到指定收集處
5. 根據管事督導員編定的工作時間表及指示，定期進行廚房清潔消毒
6. 確保所有餐具儲存正確地方
7. 協助進行盤點工作
8. 操作洗碗碟機及適當使用清潔劑
9. 準時上班及帶上名牌
10. 保持個人衛生
11. 與其他同事及其他部門應互相合作，保持良好工作關係
12. 清楚了解酒店手冊內容及常時堅守內裡的手則
13. 必須服從上級指示並執行其他相關工作
14. 任何經由上司委派的相關項目及職責

工作要求

1. Primary education, vocational training school preferably.
2. Cleaning experience preferably.
3. Basic knowledge of handling cleaning equipment and machines. 
4. Able to understand simple English, Cantonese and Putonghua. 
5. Physically fit, neat, tidy, and pleasant disposition, service oriented.
6. Good working and learning attitude.
7. Able to work under pressure.
