Supervising and monitoring the Sales team’s production and daily sales activities of travel trade/corporate segment. Promoting and developing Room business for the hotel on a daily basis.

工作職責

  1. Develop and implement an account plan for each and prospective major account to acquire potential revenue opportunities.
  2. Identify potential prospects for building up business relationship.
  3. Maintain good business relationship with existing clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they are receiving from the hotel and to bring any adverse comments to the attention of the Management.
  4. Handle objections and complaints in the way that do not affect the interests of both the clients and hotel.
  5. Give guidelines and directions to sales staff members in problem solving.
  6. Observe the market situation and competitors’ performance and responds accordingly whenever necessary.
  7. Obtains market information, comments and leads from clients and competitors and report to Director of Sales and Marketing for necessary action.
  8. Handle overbooked situation as and when necessary.
  9. Prepare a Sales Report on daily sales activities and the Weekly Sales Call Plan.
  10. Monitor an accurate account record in the computer system for future reference and control purpose.
  11. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

工作要求

  1. University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales.
  3. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Independent, mature, self-motivated, result-driven plus effective selling skills.
  5. Preferably having experience in Travel Trade / Corporate market segments.
  6. Must be good command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
  7. Need to be a good team player.
  8. Preferably having experience in travel trade market segments.
