Job Overview

To provide customer service and administrative support to the loyalty programme of Nina Hospitality.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform 3 days per week, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
  2. Response to members’ email and phone enquiries, manage communication with members in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Follow up members’ application, retro claims and operations briefing with various internal departments.
  4. Perform general administrative support for the team and on account matters.
