Job Duties

Handling the overall management of the hotel operations, ensuring that all the functions are carried out smoothly and effectively, and playing a vital role in enhancing guest satisfactions.


  1. Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management;
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations;
  3. Must be able to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills;
  4. Excellent leadership skills and should be able to supervise and train the team members;
  5. Flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills;
  6. Strong sense of urgency and should be able to handle critical situations;
  7. Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  9. Overnight shift is required.
