Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring hotel engineering works and tackling ad-hoc hotel projects’ technical problems;
  • Conduct tender analysis and hotels monthly on-site inspection / audit;
  • Assist hotels in monitoring Preventive Maintenance Programme (PMP) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
  • Identify, evaluate and implement Builder’s Work, E&M & ESG new technologies;
  • Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system;
  • Handle enquiries on all related issues and prepare investigation reports for technical issues;
  • Perform any tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering;
  • At least 2-3 year's relevant engineering experience with hotels or real estate at corporate level;
  • Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in E&M consulting background;
  • Effective communicator who is able to develop strong collaboration with hotel operation and project teams;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications.
