Job Overview

Makes and serves drinks and cocktails; checks supplies of wines and spirits; prepares requisition forms.


  1. Provide consistent beverage service to guests. 
  2. Keep the service standard at high quality to achieve customer satisfaction. 
  3. Responsible for the cleanliness of bar area. 
  4. Ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirements in bar area. 
  5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintain records. 


  1. Diploma/Certificate or an equivalent qualification. 
  2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in bars and restaurants. 
  3. Good knowledge of wine, beverage and cocktail 
  4. Good command in English and Chinese.
