Job Overview

The incumbent will support Group HR Manager – Talent Development to implement the Nina Hospitality People Strategy with the ultimate goal of driving a winning culture by enhancing employee engagement and implementing Nina’s Way.

Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning and Development

  • Deliver learning programs for supervisory and general staff members in accordance with training needs analysis and Learning Curriculum and annual learning hours KPI, with topics including but not limited to customer service, languages, supervisory skills, orientation, compliance/regulation, and operational training.
  • Design and customise training and development programmes for general staff based on the needs of the organisation.
  • Organise compliance training with external parties.
  • Develop and deploy company-wide inhouse online learning programs with appropriate instructional design framework.  e-Learning topics cover Compliance / Health and Safety, Operations (SOP related), Customer Services, system training, and basic language for employees.

 

Training Administration

  • Act as GHR LMS administrator to monitor on group & properties learning related metrics, and ensure the timely update of learning records in LMS.
  • Assist in External Training Sponsorship management.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc learning metrics report for GHR KPIs tracking.

 

HR Projects

  • Participate in GHR projects, including but not limited to Career Day / Career Talk, Management Trainee Program, Annual Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Wellness / Activities, CSR, etc.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in training and development gained from sizable companies, preferably with 4-5 star hotels in Hong Kong.
  • Higher Diploma or above in hospitality of related discipline.
  • Good understanding of learning program development / instructional design.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (esp advanced Excel, and Powerpoint), and experience with Articulate is preferred.
  • Good English language skills (oral and written), and Mandarin is an advantage.
