Responsibilities

  1. To assist in driving the strategic development, execution and optimization of digital marketing efforts across the brand's properties
  2. To monitor and analyze KPI and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement of UI/UX, website performance and campaigns optimization
  3. To explore new digital channels in the market and convert to marketing and business opportunities
  4. To plan, formulate and implement digital marketing campaigns and customer experience strategies to support overall marketing objectives
  5. To handle the key digital strategies including digital media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube, etc.), SEO, SEM, performance ad, digital content and analyze metrics to deliver insightful reports that demonstrate traffic growth impact
  6. To manage eCommerce sales channels to drive sales and use various digital channels to optimize the results.

Requirements

  1. Degree holder of Marketing, Communication or relevant disciplines
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising agency, candidate with experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage 
  3. Experience with ATL, BTL campaigns, driving successful content marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce campaign 
  4. Good understanding of social media trends
  5. Good knowledge and track record of using digital channels to drive sales and revenue
  6. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
