Job Overview

Responsible to provide support in the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, compensation & benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, and any ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive hiring procedure;
  • Responsible to handle the onboarding and offboarding process for new joiners and departing employees.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Handle casual labour payment, monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation and MPF contribution as well as tax return filing;
  • Provide administration support for group medical and life insurance.

Employee Relations

  • Assist in planning, organizing and conducting employee wellness activities for all properties.

Administration

  • Prepare and periodic HR reports for management review;
  • Maintain and update personnel / leave records and monitor daily attendance;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality, Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with 4-5 stars hotels in Hong Kong;
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Group Human Resources Officer;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance;
  • Self-motivated, a team-player, mature and possess a can-do attitude;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Competent in MS Office Suite application and HRIS system;
