Job Overview

To provide customer service and administrative support to the marketing & communications team and loyalty marketing team.


  • Respond to members’ email and phone enquiries, manage communication with members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow up members’ application, retro claims and operations briefing with various internal departments.
  • Provide regular administrative support for the team, e.g. data entry, reports preparation, expense claims handling, research.
  • Assist in any other projects as assigned by superior.


  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE or Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or equivalent
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates must consist of solid experience in customer service
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support will be a definite advantage.
  • Well-organized,  attentive to details, customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
