This position is responsible for managing and directing sourcing and procurement and receiving activities of the individual property.

工作職責

  1. To perform all F&B item purchases and process purchase order in procurement system.
  2. To issue PO for non-F&B purchases.
  3. To clarify product requirements with Kitchen and source new items/alternatives to cope with business needs.
  4. To monitor delivery and quality performance of F&B suppliers in order to meet the required standards.
  5. To maintain and update supplier price records in the system.
  6. To perform documentation work and general office administration work.
  7. To review requisition by liaising with other departments in developing procurement specifications.
  8. To obtain and negotiate product/service quotations from vendors on price, ability to produce product or service and delivery date to achieve cost saving target with favourable terms and conditions.
  9. To estimate product values according to knowledge of market price.
  10. To evaluate price comparison.
  11. To select purchase items by testing, observing or examining.
  12. To monitor and evaluate performance of suppliers (e.g. goods, services and materials are purchased at the best price, giving consideration to the quality and timeliness of deliveries)
  13. To monitor receiving record pertaining to items purchased costs, delivery, product performance and inventory.
  14. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

工作要求

  1. Higher Diploma in Purchasing or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing.
  3. Sound knowledge of all general products and food and beverage products used in the hotel.
  4. Good communication and negotiation skill and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin.
