Ensure accurate information in PMS to cope with hotel operation need.
工作職責
- Handle all reservations enquiry via fax / email / calls and prepare reservations confirmation.
- Ensure fulfillment of needs and requirements of guests who obtained prior reservations.
- Input all IT / Group / MICE reservations from travel agents, corporate accounts and individuals.
- Track all reservations picked up from all online channels like hotel website, OTA, GDS etc.
- Prepare Group Instruction to others department.
- Records and files all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately on prescribed forms or folders
- Create and manage rates and packages configured in PMS.
- Adjust OTA rates according to Sales suggestions via Channel Manager & hotel website.
- Verify the reservation correspondence accurately and neatly and follow up for any missing correspondence before guest arrival.
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints. Assist the Asst Reservation Manager for the daily routine.
- Assist the Reservation/Revenue Manager to form the statistic and market intelligent, & daily analytical data report.

工作要求
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel or Sales & Marketing Management or related discipline.
- With 5 years working experiences in hotel industry, especially Reservation field is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese.
- Familiar with PMS is a definite advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
