This position is responsible for managing and directing sourcing and procurement activities of the hotel.

工作職責

  1. Fulfill the procurement requirements of the Centralized Procurement Department guideline and ensure all are met in a timely, cost-effective manner and adhere to the quality, standards and policies of Nina Hospitality;
  2. Responsible for the procurement process and activity covering all product categories in Food & Beverage, Operating Supplies & Equipment, Fixtures & Furniture, Renovation Projects and Service Contracts;
  3. Review and lead Group Service Contracts management and to carry out effective negotiation to maximize value for money in terms of service, quality and cost;
  4. Perform procurement duties including but not limited to sourcing, RFQ, tendering, evaluation of offers, price comparison & analysis, effective price negotiation, manage purchase order, conduct contract management and analysis;
  5. Identify and seek opportunities as they relate to cost reduction, improved quality, supplier rationalization to an effective number in support of the business along with supplier management process;
  6. Focus on Quality, Service Delivery and Competitive Price from the supply market;

  1. Analyze market trends to anticipate likely price fluctuations, for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short time periods;
  2. Analysis of material costs and development of appropriate strategies in support of the hotel operation;
  3. Always maintain professional and ethical relationships and effective communications with Internal Departments Heads and External Suppliers;
  4. Assist in the definition, development and implementation of purchasing category Best Practices;
  5. Continuously review the operational procedures, recommend improvement plan and streamline the operation;
  6. Conduct effective price negotiation with suppliers;
  7. Conduct supplier performance evaluation regularly.

工作要求

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in high volume purchasing (hotel group experience would be seen as an advantage);
  2. Experience in Group Contract Management is an advantage;
  3. Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage;
  4. Exhibits high level of attention to details, results-oriented and the ability to multi-task handling;
  5. Excellent communication skills both internally with operational departments and externally with suppliers;
  6. Independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  7. Proven RFP or RFQ for information analysis;
  8. Systems / PC skills (knowledge of MBT SCM procurement system is an advantage);
  9. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement & Sourcing Manager.
