JOB SCOPE

  • To assist Director of Food and Beverage in product research and development;
  • Coordinate and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals of Nina Patisserie.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize product ideas, design and develop new product / product range, trials and implementation;
  • Smooth new product launching progress, costing analysis and stock inventory control;
  • Explore new location for new store and pop-up store;
  • Develop and implement brand strategy, brand identity and brand communications guidelines for company in line with business goals;
  • Liaise with internal parties to coordinate and participate in relating to food safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures;
  • Plan and oversee advertisement plan, marketing plan, branding initiatives and brand marketing budget for company to enhance brand awareness.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or above in Food Science or related background;
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from food or catering industry;
  • Creative, self-motivated and able to develop new ideas / approaches not only on bakery / Cake products but also meal or snack products;
  • Experience in retail shop opening projects;
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
