To check, count, collect and distribute soiled and clean linen and uniforms to guest floors, food & beverage outlets and hotel employees in accordance with approved requisitions and supervisors’ instructions, while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily Uniform & Linen Room operations.
工作職責
- Process all linen and uniform transactions, including counting, sorting, receiving, storing and distributing items to designated departments and hotel employees.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including employee uniform codes and personnel assignment files.
- Verify delivery accuracy by cross-checking received items against laundry records and promptly report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Record all daily linen and uniform transactions with hotel outlets and employees in the appropriate logs.
- Assist with regular stock takes and physical inventory audits of all hotel linen and uniforms.
- Conduct quality checks and repair damaged garments to ensure all uniforms are in good condition before issue.
- Provide prompt and professional service for guest garment repair, mending and alteration requests.
- Keep designated work areas clean, tidy and orderly in accordance with workplace standards.
- Perform routine care of laundry equipment and immediately report any malfunction.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation requirements when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
- Support sustainable textile management by repurposing condemned or retired linen into usable items where appropriate.
- Assist with the onboarding of newly hired Uniform & Linen Attendants.
- Provide shift coverage for absent team members to support smooth daily operations.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as operationally required.
- Remain on standby at the hotel in case of emergency, including typhoon conditions.
- Build collaborative working relationships through clear, respectful and professional communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Required to stand by in the hotel during emergencies (e.g. typhoon).
- Perform shift duties as required.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).

工作要求
- Primary education; vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Uniform & Linen experience in a similar position.
- Previous sewing and mending experience preferred.
- Relevant operational knowledge and practical skills in linen and uniform handling.
- Physically fit, neat, tidy, pleasant and service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
