Responsible for managing the LMS, coordinating and delivering staff training, overseeing daily HR administration, and ensuring accurate data management while providing HR support to employees and management.
工作職責
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including tracking training records and reports
- Coordinate and deliver service and staff training programmes
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties, including documentation and record keeping
- Provide HR support to employees and management as required
- Ensure accurate data management and timely HR processes
- Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
工作要求
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Hotel Management or related discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferrable in Hotel industry
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and HR systems
- Experience in service training delivery
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
