Create refined cocktails and beverages, engage guests with polished hospitality, and maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and bar presentation in line with hotel standard.
工作職責
- Assist with pre‑opening bar and lounge setup, including equipment preparation, glassware organization, inventory arrangement, and operational readiness.
- Participate in pre‑opening training, menu familiarization, mock services, and soft openings to ensure service quality and brand standards are met prior to launch.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with established luxury service standards.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service aligned with hotel and brand service expectations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of beverages, recipes, ingredients, and current promotions.
- Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
- Support stock control, inventory handling, and requisitioning in accordance with operational requirements.
- Contribute to upselling initiatives and support outlet revenue performance through product recommendations.
- Operate POS systems accurately, process guest orders, and handle payments responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations in compliance with hotel and statutory requirements.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming, professional conduct, and bar presentation standards.
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and safe working conditions throughout service.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior(s).
工作要求
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel bar and lounge environment.
- Proven experience in a Bartender role with hands‑on cocktail preparation.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and standard bar techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem‑solving, training, and team‑motivating capabilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, cost awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent time management skills with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
