工作職責
- Guest Engagement Officer is responsible and accountable for all operations related to ‘Communal Lounge Services’.
- Meet up with lounge guests arriving or departing and assisting, welcome procedure / bid farewell.
- To ensure that the Communal Lounge related area is clean and tidy, supplied with good quality and sufficient according to the hotel’s standard.
- To ensure a standard of service, with an emphasis on guest engagement, and to ensure staff are adequately trained to supply such service.
- To co-operates; co-ordinates and communicates with other departments as required.
- Personally handle guest enquiries and follow through accordingly.
- Establish good public relations with all the Communal Lounge guests.
- Assist guests with proper usage of any equipment.
- Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
工作要求
-
F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.

With 1 to 2 years of similar working experience in the hotel industry.

Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Able to work overnight would be an advantage.
