Requirements

• Diploma or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in management including at least 3 years’ at supervisory level
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred 

Responsibilities

To assist manager to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.
To handle clients enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them
To liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies
To prepare daily reports and correspondences to facilitate daily operation
To monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building¡¯s facilities
To handle procurement
To assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events
