Responsibilities

  • Drive UX/CX roadmap prioritization and advocacy for guidelines and principles
  • Build brand power through leadership of cross-functional team balancing brand development with business growth. Key partners include IT, marketing, creative, & CX peers
  • Lead analytics and reporting including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics where applicable, translating into action to drive the customer experience
  • Ensure mobile first site experience across all site implementations and oversee and ideate site CX strategy in partnership with leadership
  • Continuously strive for improvement in site experience, processes, capabilities, and relationships and monitor consumer feedback, translating learnings into actionable insights
  • Become a digital evangelist, helping to define a new culture of digital understanding and language within the Chinachem organization.
  • Drive continual optimization of the end-to-end consumer experience to solve customer and business problems that meaningfully contribute to conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Assure intake, rationalization and operationalizing of verbal and non-verbal customer feedback to guide site-specific, platform-wide, and cross-functional improvements
  • Build vision, strategy, and execution of testing and personalization
  • Leverage CX design functions to provide site-specific solutions that encompass industry best practices

Requirements

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant qualification
  • 12 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital CX, digital UX or digital product management
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and in presentation)
  • Ability to influence others with appropriate self-confidence and presence
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics experience or similar required
  • Experience managing people and other key contributors throughout the organization
  • Experience managing multiple large- and small-scale projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
