Job Responsibilities

  • This role shall be responsible for managing residential development projects from conceptual stage to completion, such as master planning, design, managing external consultants and contractors, monitoring of site works in accordance with the specifications and drawings, completion and delivery of the project.
  • Liaise with government authorities on project statutory submission, approval, and inspections in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the site progress and the performance of consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality requirements, within the established timelines, meeting key milestones and within budget.
  • Keep track of the latest regulations to ensure statutory compliance for all government submissions of the projects.
  • Work closely with other sections of the Project Department to resolve design and engineering issues that may affect the master plan or the progress of work.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification with HKIA / HKIS / HKIE / IMechE or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification project management experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery of large-scale residential development projects
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong’s relevant ordinances, e.g. Buildings Ordinance, etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team building ability
  • Self-motivated
