Job Overview

The role of Officer - Sales involves assisting sales teams in daily operations, providing research and administration functions to sales teams, coordinating development and operation of sales office, preparing sales documentation and handling incoming telephone calls & general enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulation and implementation of sales logistics plan for the launch of residential property projects
  • Assist in coordinating the construction works of show flat and sales gallery with Project Department
  • Provide research and report compilation support in Hong Kong residential market as well as data processing and analysis
  • Handle daily sales administration matters and logistics arrangement in sales office
  • Prepare sales documents as required under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and pre-sale application
  • Handle mortgage application procedures and inter-departmental workflow of sales administration with Legal Department and Financial Planning and Control Department

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Surveying / Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers with the knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Attentive to details, customer-oriented, organized with good teamwork
  • Energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
