Property Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in the daily operations of property, including monitoring property maintenance, administration and handling document.
• Follow up enquires and resolve complaints from tenants / owners in maintaining good relationships with them
• Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies
• Cooperate with the handover / takeover of premises
• Monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
• Handle ad hoc building functions and events

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• At least 3 years or above relevant experience in management of Shopping Mall / Estate Property 
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated & able to work independently
• Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Property Officer
